Healthcare PPC agency work for a private practice starts with two numbers: what a new patient is worth to you and how many more the schedule can take. Your assessment answers give us both, and the roadmap sets how much paid search should carry while SEO builds.

What our healthcare PPC management covers

Campaign planWhich services to advertise, where, at what budget, and what a new patient is worth to the practice.
Search campaignsKeywords, ads and bids built around the treatments patients search for, with negative keywords to keep out the wrong clicks.
Landing pagesA page for each campaign that answers the search and makes booking easy.
Conversion trackingCalls, forms and bookings tracked into your CRM, so Google learns from booked patients.
ReportingCost per inquiry, cost per booked consultation and cost per new patient, by campaign.

Google Ads for doctors has extra rules

Google restricts ads for some treatments and requires certification before ads can run in some healthcare categories. Remarketing based on health conditions is not allowed. Campaigns that ignore these rules get disapproved or suspended, sometimes after the budget is spent.

We check each service you want to advertise against Google's current healthcare policies before we build anything. Where a service cannot be advertised, the roadmap leans on SEO, referrals or email instead.

Paid social

Facebook and Instagram ads work differently: patients are not searching, so the ad has to start the interest. They suit launches, events, webinars and services people do not know to search for. If paid social earns a place in the plan, the same team runs it with the same tracking.

Close watch in the first weeks on search terms, call recordings where available and booking rates, then budget moved toward the campaigns with the lowest cost per new patient.

Questions about healthcare PPC

How much should a practice spend on Google Ads?

Enough to get reliable data in your market, and no more than the margin on the services supports. The assessment works out what a new patient is worth to you, and the budget follows from that. [Minimum ad spend guidance: Adam's team to confirm]

Can you advertise any treatment?

No. Google restricts some treatments and some need certification first. We check your services before we build, so you know up front what can run, what needs certification and what cannot be advertised.

Do you work with existing Google Ads accounts?

Yes. We start from what has already run: search terms, conversions and cost per booked patient, and change only what the numbers say is not working. You keep ownership of the account.

See whether your services can carry ad spend

A sensible ad budget comes from your pricing and patient volume, and the assessment asks about both.
